The akademika is one of the largest and most important job fairs in southern Germany and one of the most popular staff fairs in Germany. Traditionally, the fair sets its focus on the fields of engineering, economics and computer science, but is also open to other disciplines. Visitors can use the fair to get informations in personal conversation about their desire company and apply for a job directly at the booth.
